If you supply email or fax data you will receive with two days of each broadcast being completed a report which shows which email / fax addresses were successfully delivered to and in the case of emails whether that email was opened, and whether further action was taken such as clicking through to a website.
In the case of fax data we will show you which fax numbers were successfully delivered to.
If you are using our data we will give you a similar report but without showing the email addresses / fax numbers (which of course belong to us). These can be bought if required for subsequent follow up.
